We would love for you to be a part of our Sunday morning worship service.
Here is what you can expect when you arrive.
Worship Service - Sundays at 10:15 AM
The word of God (the Bible) is essential to everything we do at University Baptist Church. In our Sunday service, we worship through song, prayer, and the preaching of God's Word. We preach expositionally as well as topical with an expositional flow.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
There are two main entrances, depending on where you park and what time you arrive, you may find one more helpful than the other. The main entrance faces North Street. Coming through this entrance will allow you to sit at the back. The side entrance is the more popular entry.
When you come in one of our two main entrances on the North and South side of the building, you'll see our welcome signs that will lead you to our information desk, which are staffed with helpful people who can answer your questions, help you check your children in, and help you find your way. Stop and grab a cup of coffee on your way into the service and if you need any help on Sunday mornings, look for those wearing name tags - they'd love to help you!
Frequently Asked Questions
How early should I arrive? If you're checking in kids, we recommend arriving at least twenty minutes before the service. Feel free to come early and grab a cup of coffee on your way into the service.
What should I wear? Come as you are. You'll find a wide range of dress at University Baptist Church, from jeans to dresses and sport coats.
Do I need a Bible? If you own a Bible, yes, bring it! If you don't own a Bible, we have Bibles available in our pews that you may take home after service as our gift to you.
Can my children join me in the worship service? Absolutely! Your children are welcome to join all of us for the entire service. We always start our services by singing alongside our children since they learn how to worship God by watching us! Towards the middle of the service we take time to pray over our children as we dismiss them to our Kids Worship (K-5th). Should you require, we also have a nursing room available.
DIRECTIONS TO CHILDCARE
We are SO glad you are here with your kids! You are welcome to keep them with you, but should you want to drop them off, there is childcare for ages 0-4 with trained staff and a lesson available on Sunday mornings.
1st-5th graders have children’s church, and they are released during the worship portion of the service.
To drop off your child(ren), please go through the door at the front of the sanctuary on the right. You will then go in through the glass door on the left down the hallway (if locked, please text the number listed). Ages 0-4 are on the left side of the hallway. K-5th are on the right.
CONNECT WITH US
Following the worship service on Sunday mornings, we’d love to meet you at the Welcome Center located in the side foyer of the building. We’ll have a welcome gift for you and our Welcome Team will be available to answer your questions and/or pray with you. Fill out a connect card or let us know of any prayer requests you may have.
